Specially requested for the details of the valued passengers, please use the phone number of the passenger while buying an e-ticket. Forwarded SMS will not be accepted and your ticket will be considered cancelled. Your overall support is expected to provide nice and clean service. Do not buy tickets with extra fare other than shown on the SMS. If any person complains the issue, legal action will be taken by administration will. Wish You safe and happy journey.

Special Terms & Conditions

Important Terms for Eid
  • • Eid time period will start upon declaration. Tickets cannot be cancelled /rescheduled during this time period.

  • • Bus authority has the right to cancel/delay any bus schedule due to any unwanted situations.

  • • In case of bus cancellation from bus authority, customer will have to inform call center or email us a support@thebusticket.com within the next 24 hours from scheduled journey time. No complain will be received after the given time limit.

  • • For any cancellation service charge will not be refunded.

  • • Due to high demand during Eid season service charge might be higher than usual. Customers will have to purchase tickets by agreeing to the terms.

  • • Ticket fares are managed by bus authority. Customers are advised to check fare before purchasing tickets. No complain regarding ticket price will be accepted after purchase.

  • • Due to Special Reserve service, Reserve bus ticket fare might be higher than regular, Customers are requested to check fare before purchase.

SMS or EMAIL ticket should not be forwarded to any other customers or friends. If forwarded, SMS or EMAIL tickets does not count by Service Providers, The busticket.com will not be liable for this and no refund will be given.

Ticket Delivery mode

The users who book their seats through us will be provided ticket in a way convenient to the user. As of now we allow our users to get tickets through SMS or E-Mail. Within the SMS and email customer will have complete information of his/her journey, that includes ticket no, date of travel, seats booked, place of boarding & destination, time of travel etc. The idea is to simply show the SMS received to ticket checker so that he confirms your details at his end. Our users also have the luxury of getting the tickets in their mentioned email account. This way once a seat is booked the ticket could be accessed from any device that connects to internet.

Getting copy of lost ticket

Even if you lose your ticket, we won't let you lose your seat. To help you in such case, the Ticket could be regenerated in a few clicks. Print ticket option provided in our website helps you in such cases. If the PIN No. and Ticket No. aren't available, the customer care will help you out. After verifying few details, the same ticket can be generated via SMS/Email.

Regarding pricing policy

Total fare charged from user is inclusive of fare charged by bus operator plus convenience fee and Payment gateway charge/COD/WIC. The convenience fee does not include packaging fee, it only contains booking fee and servicing fee. Due to maintenance demand service charge might be higher than usual during Eid period.

If under special circumstances fare increases / decreases according to bus company policy, bus authority has the right to charge or refund previously sold ticket customers the extended / discounted fare for the same bus.

Regarding Ticket Cancellation
  • • All the Bus and Launch tickets are eligible to be cancelled 24 hours before journey time. After 24 hours before journey time ticket cannot be cancelled

  • • If ticket is cancelled (24 Hours before journey) cancellation charge might take place according to bus company policy.

  • • For cancellation of ticket 15% of seat price will be charged always.

Refund Policy

Regarding Ticket Cancellation
  • • Your seat(s) may be changed by Bus Operators as per their own discretion and as situation demands.

  • • Any kind of ticket cancellation might not be allowed which journey is at the night before Public Holidays or in public holidays as per bus company decision.

  • • Eid Tickets are not cancellable and cannot be rescheduled. Bus Authority has the right to cancel any bus schedule at any time.

  • • In case of Bus cancellation customer need to inform callcenter 09614 11 33 44 or in support email within 24 hours of Journey time.

  • • For Unsuccessful Bank Transaction, Refund Process can take up to 8 working days to refund back to customer account.

  • • For Cancellation of ticket / Bus cancellation service charge will not be refundable.

  • • Cancellation complain will not be applicable during the Hour 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (As customer Support Center Is offline During the Time But Customer can always cancel ticket from website as per policy)

  • • International Route tickets CANNOT be cancelled or rescheduled.

  • • Discounted tickets cannot be cancelled, however if journey is cancelled customer will receive refund as per policy.

  • • Cancellation policy may vary depending on bus operation & cancellation time.
